Lori Freedman is a member of the international group of people currently named “the renaissance musicians”. Freedman’s artistic practice spans the gamut. With full throttle in both contemporary and improvised music streams she is known internationally for her provocative and creative performances. As an interpreter of written music for clarinet hundreds of works have been dedicated to and/or premiered by her. While managing a full performance schedule with more than 50 concerts a year, making recordings, touring and leading workshops, Freedman has also been receiving commissions to write music for an eclectic group of artists. Her solo works have been presented internationally (Croatia, Romania, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Cyprus, France, the Netherlands, USA) and she has received various performance invitations from organizations such as the Huddersfield Festival (UK), the International Society of Contemporary Music, the Gaudeamus Festival (Netherlands), The Loft (Germany), Radio France, Flâneries musicales de Reims and Théâtre Garonne (France), and Other Minds, Redcat Theater, Roulette and The Stone (USA). In 2017 she was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada for “outstanding artistic achievement,” twenty years after having received the Freddie Stone Award (1998) for the “demonstration of outstanding leadership, integrity and excellence in the area of contemporary music and jazz.” Highlight collaborations have been with Joëlle Léandre, Mauricio Kagel, Guylaine Cosseron, Rohan de Saram, Frances-Marie Uitti, Andrea Parkins, George Lewis, Helmut Lachenmann and Richard Barrett.

Nenad Marković is a trumpeter and educator active in fields of classical, contemporary and improvised music. As a member of numerous ensembles and orchestras, Nenad Marković collaborated with some of the most remarkable conductors and composers of our time such as: Claudio Abbado, Pierre Boulez, Kent Nagano, Dennis Russell Davies, Peter Eötvös, Helmut Lachenmann, Wolfgang Rihm, Beat Furrer, Heiner Goebbels and Mauricio Kagel (among others) while regularly appearing at major music festivals throughout the globe. For almost two decades he has been a regular guest performer with Ensemble Modern Frankfurt and Klangforum Wien (two of the world's leading ensembles specialized for contemporary music), as well as a full member of the Ensemble Phoenix Basel. Over the years, Nenad Marković has brought over 200 compositions to a world premiere, including a number of solo works dedicated to him. Parallel to his involvement with the composed music, Nenad Marković regularly performs as an improviser in various setups and has shared stage with the performers such as: Mats Gustafsson, Michel Doneda, Eugene Chadbourne, Agustí Fernandez, Nate Wooley, Ken Vandermark, Jaap Blonk, eRikm, Oren Ambarchi, Chris Cutler, Thomas Lehn, Franz Hautzinger, Burkhard Stangl, Jerome Noettinger and Z'ev, to name a few. He is a tenured professor of trumpet at the Music Academy of Novi Sad, as well as the guest professor at the Music academy in Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Furthermore he is a regular jury member at several international competitions for trumpet and has held masterclasses in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Japan, China, Nepal, USA, Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro.

Ilia Belorukov is a musician from Saint Petersburg, Russia, now based in Novi Sad, Serbia. He works in improvised, noise and electroacoustic music. Ilia practices an experimental approach to sound extraction using saxophone, modular synthesizers and other instruments. His works have been released on labels such as Clean Feed, SOFA, Moving Furniture, Astral Spirits, Notice Recordings, Raw Tonk, Mikroton and many others. He founded the Intonema label and was one of curators of Spina!Rec label. He has organized events in Saint Petersburg and elsewhere in Russia, and co-curated the Teni Zvuka and Spina!Fest festivals. Recent activities included writing reviews and articles for Jazzist website and as musicworm on Telegram channel as well as working as mixing and mastering engineer for own projects and different musicians and labels. Since 2022, Ilia is based in Novi Sad and he is member of kuda.org.
