"Open Design Studio" is an organization that researches and organizes activities in the field of visual culture and graphic design. From October 5 to 9, the project "Open Design Studio 04" will deal with solving the current problem of advertising culture in public space and cultural policy of the city of Novi Sad.

The review of engaged films by Zelimir Zilnik will be held on October 3rd, 4th, and 5th at the Cultural Center "Grad". On the last day, the publication For an Idea - Against the Situation, Analysis and Systematization of Zelimir Zilnik's Artistic Creativity will be promoted at the same place.
On Saturday, October 3rd, at 8 pm, 4 films from his earliest creative phase will be shown: "The Unemployed," "Black Film," "Early Works" (for which he won the "Golden Bear" award at the Berlin Festival in 1969) and " June Turmoils. ”

"Wealth of Nations" is part of the "Cinema City" festival, which consists of an exhibition and a conference. The term Wealth of Nations is the name of the capital work of the Scottish economist Adam Smith in which he lays down and defends the foundations of liberal economic policy. The liberal economy culminated in the 1990s after the failure of the concept of real socialism and the establishment of a global free market. In recent months, such an economy has entered a period of serious crisis, which in the short or long term may affect the stability of social orders around the planet.
